The Village of Fox Meadow is a deed restricted active adult community in Newark, Delaware conveniently located near the intersection of Rts. 40 & 1. It is bordered by the Walther Farm, the Wilmington University Sports Complex, a wooded area and another residential community. The community has townhomes, carriage houses, twins, and single homes located on 95 acres of land with 87 acres of open space common grounds. The community also has a modern two story clubhouse that is the site of an active community meeting and social schedule. The area retains its country atmosphere through the frequent sightings of deer, geese, a variety of birds, and on occasion, the village fox. The slogan, a nice place to live, aptly describes this community.
